When you submit the catering inquiry form, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, event date, estimated guest count, and any message you include. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and plan your event, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Payments and orders

Menu orders, checkout, and gift card purchases are processed by Square. Crete does not receive or store your card details — Square handles that directly under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address to generate these reports. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's tracking-prevention settings.

Third-party services we use

• Square — menu ordering, checkout, and gift cards.
• Resend — delivers catering inquiry emails to our team.

• Instagram — embeds our public Instagram feed on the homepage.

Data retention

We keep catering inquiry submissions only as long as needed to plan and follow up on your event, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics account settings.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
